Anicka posted some images of her wounds on the 6th of March 2023, claiming that her ex-boyfriend, who was Anoop Pillai, had harassed her badly. She has also complained to the Bengaluru police department about this matter. She is currently single and unmarried.

Anicka Vijay Vikhraman is well known for working in the South Indian film industry and her real name is Nair Roopa Shree. She was born on the 2nd of July 1995 and hails from Bangalore, Karnataka and is currently aged 27.

Anicka finished her schooling at the BVB School based in Chennai, and she has received her further graduation from the Presidency College, Bangalore, Karnataka. Anicka’s parents’ names are not known.

The actress has recently shared images on her Instagram which show blood clots and deep injuries to her face. The actress shared the images along with a message which reveals her romantic relationship with her ex-boyfriend, Anoop Pillai.

Anoop was physically and psychologically abusing her badly for the past few years. Anicka also said, ‘her family was receiving threatening calls. Anoop is hiding in New York, while the neighborhood cops have launched an investigation.’

Sharing posts to her social media account, Anicka has written in the caption, “Inspite of leaving incidents behind, I have been receiving threatening calls, and I and my family are being degraded continuously.”
