all the things aside… people must occur out of the ‘my servant’ mentality. Just for the reason that we as a flier paid out for Tickets does not make the crew, and staff members their servants. what might be the reason for confrontation but this fundamental mentality is to be challenged.

The CC, having said that justified is properly trained to de-escalate circumstances. Dropping one’s mood in a shopper struggling with function is a no-no. She should have identified as the flight purser and if the pax was even further disruptive, must have educated safety right before landing and put him on the no-fly checklist.
