An Indiana gentleman who was billed with punching and throwing a pet dog in a video clip that went viral back again in September is now again in custody. Jose Orlando Cartegna, 28, of Hammond, was billed with one particular misdemeanor rely of animal cruelty for the attack on the canine on Sept. 22.
